What is alert 8020?

Answer

GMS Anti-Spam has been configured to limit the number of messages that can be sent to this particular user in any one 24 hour period. By rejecting the message at the RCPT clause, GMS is saving considerable network bandwidth because the message body has not been sent over the network.

In this case session Undefined received the message from the server at the IP address Undefined. The messages was apparently from Undefined to Undefined. The message was rejected with

  Undefined

If the user needs to accept more than the configured number of messages in any 24 hour period you will need to raise the limit under GMS Anti-Spam > Connect > Max Messages.

The global variable "MaxMessagesPerUser" defines a space separated list of users and the number of messages to be accepted for that user in the form "username:max_msgs", the message returned is stored in "MaxMessagesPerUserMes"
