What is alert 8018?

Answer

This message has matched a redirection rule and been redirected to another account. Redirection rules are an extremely powerful way of managing email. They operate as an email message enters the system and work by matching the sending IP address, recipient IP address, sending email address and recipient email address. The IP address matching uses the special IP matching rules while the email addresses use standard RegEx rules. The redirection rules are executed immediately a match is found. In some cases, redirection rules can be used to stop spam or redirect common mis-spellings of account names.

In this case, session Undefined has received a message from the server at the IP address Undefined. The message is apparently from Undefined to Undefined but has been redirected to the account Undefined.

Assuming this rule should have been matched, no further action is required.
