Answer
GMS connected to a remote system and started to send a standard email message (that is, not a GMS List Server or GMS Communication Server message). When GMS had completed delivering the message, the remote server indicated that it will never accept email from the sender (with a 5xx SMTP response). So GMS will stop sending the message to the server and return it to the sender. Once this email has been returned, GMS will continue to send any other email that is waiting for this destination.
In this case, session Undefined was was processing a message to be delivered to the server Undefined (IP address Undefined). The local folder name is Undefined. GMS sent the EOM command and got the response
Undefined
There is no problem with GMS, so no action is required by you. However, you may wish to investigate the problem with the remote server.
