When accessing WebMail or WebAdmin I get a session timeout error
When trying to log in to WebMail or WebAdmin you get the following error message (or similar)
“You have not accessed the remote administrator recently and so, for your security, the session has timed out.
Press the Login button to re-enter your credentials.
In Internet Explorer you need to enable cookie handling for the wgmweb or webmail website.
Open Internet Explorer. Click Tools, Internet Options, privacy, Edit, and enter the IP address of your web server. Click Allow to permanently allow cookies for this website.
Alternatively, in Internet Explorer, on the bottom right, there is an “!” If you double click this icon, it will allow cookies for the current website, permanently.
