Symptoms
When selecting the Incoming Queue in the Administrator the following error is displayed.
“Failed to load received messages! The error given was: ODBC error (2): Record is deleted.”
Cause
There is a corruption in the Softalk Mail Server database
Resolution
Refer to HOWTO: Compact and repair a Jet Database to resolve this problem.
