Symptoms
Some messages are not downloaded from WorkgroupMail to Outlook mail clients, which report the error 0x800CCC97.
Outlook Express mail clients can download these messages without problems.
Cause
This problem can affect Outlook mail clients when receiving via POP3 and when a message on the server has a malformed or non existent message ID. The message ID should normally be added by the originating mail client and it should be unique.
