I can see the Sender and Subject of the message but I can't view the message body in WebMail

This can sometimes be caused by an older version of the file wmapi.dll in the WorkgroupMail installation folder. Delete the file wmapi.dll from the WorkgroupMail installation folder and re-install WorkgroupMail. Re-install WebMail ensuring that the version matches that of Workgroupmail
