After upgrading to v7, Workgroupmail stopped sorting incoming mail and now delivers it to the default user.

Detail

OPen the WorkgroupMail Administrator and double click on your ISP object. Select the Advanced tab. Click on the Settings button for Multi-POP3 account distribution. Raise ‘Received’ to the top of the list.

Examine the header of incoming messages (Right click message in WorkgroupMail queue and click Properties, Header) and check to see if this is what you should be using. The ISP uses a header field to indicate the true recipient of an incoming message. This is usually ‘Received…For…John@domain.com’. If your ISP is not using this header field then determine which one is being used for your messages and place this at the top of the list in the Administrator. If the header field used by the ISP does not exist in the list then create an entry and move it to the top of the Multi-POP3 account distribution list.

If you continue to experience this problem, please Enable SMTP/POP3 logging (Settings, Logging) and send us the log files and a copy of your configuration file, wmdata.dat.
