With the option to save messages that are spam enabled, GMS Anti-Virus will save copies of all potential spam in a directory called SpamMes. The contents of the directory can be reviewed at a later date to ensure that legitimate messages are not being treated as spam.
Answer
When this option was promoted from a Global option to a per Domain option, this ability to save messages failed.
Our engineers are aware of this issue and have resolved it in version 7B available from 8-Feb-02.
