I have an extensive list of contacts with which I communicate using GMS Instant Messenger.
Some of these contacts never appear online and available for communication. Why is this?
Answer
There are two reasons for this;
The first most obvious one is that they don’t use instant messaging and therefore never log on.
Secondly they may have blocked you from communicating with them by adding your address to their block list.
