Why is a copy of forwarded email kept on my local server?

Question

When I create a forward account in GMS Mail, I still get a copy of all the forwarded emails on my local mail server. Why?

Answer

In version 3, you forgot to delete the original POP account when you created the forward account. So the mail is forwarded and put in the local POP account too.

Simply delete the POP account if you don’t want a local copy of the email. Use the Accounts page of the GMS Mail Users CPL to do this.
