Why don't all my contacts appear in my address book when sending mail

If you have Contacts, sub-books, or shared contacts, these may not appear in your address book. To resolve this, you need to change to your contacts view in Outlook, then right click on the address book in question.

Select properties, then Outlook Address book, and then check the box, "show this folder as an email address book"
