Why does the GMS Firewall unknown user action fail?

I am running GMS Firewall version 6.04.0010 and I am using the unknown user action to forward all mail on to another server. This does not appear to be working.

Answer

The unknown user action in GMS Firewall 6.04.0010 does not have any effect. There are two options available to fix this problem.

1. Set a specific post rule under Outgoing > Rules to forward the mail on to the correct server.
2. Upgrade to a later version of GMS Firewall

This problem only affects version 6.04.0010 of GMS Firewall.
