Answer
GMS Webmail allows you to set up two alarms for each event in your calendar. However Outlook only supports a single alarm per event an so will only display the first alarm.
If the two alarms set in GMS Webmail are for different times you may find that if you synchronize with the server after the first alarm has gone off, but prior to the time of the second alarm, that the second alarm will then appear within Outlook.
This is normal behaviour and is caused by the fact that Outlook does not support multiple alarms.
