My users access GMS Webmail using GMS Secure Socket Layer via the proxy server and as a result the above trap was created, although the WWW service itself continued to operate.
Answer
This TRAP only occurred where the users accessed the Gordano WWW service via a secure port using GMS Secure Socket Layer through the Gordano proxy server on unix platforms.
Normal access via the proxy, and direct GMS Secure Socket Layer access were not affected.
This issue is resolved in build 3032 and later.
