I have upgraded my installation to Version 12 but do not see the zero-hour protection within the Anti Spam Update Service.

To be able to benefit from the new technology in the Version 12 Anti Spam Update Service you need an activation key.
The Gordano sales team will be happy to quote you for this new functionality and can also issue you a temporary key so you can trial the Zero-Hour protection.
