Question
I have been trying to click on the tips but instead of the answer to the question posed by the tip, I’m getting an error.
I have IE set up to use a proxy server and when I click on a tip I get
"502 Bad Gateway"
The server received an invalid response from the upstream server.
every time I try and access a tip.
This happens even if I check the option to bypass the proxy server for local addresses.
If I put in a specific bypass for tips.gordano.com then it is OK.
Answer
We have altered the way the tip server accepts and responds to queries coming through proxy servers.
You are now able to click on the tip of your choice and get straight to the answer without needing to bypass the proxy in your browser settings.
