Why can I not access the transaction levels tab in my GMS Communication Server only install?

Answer

There was a problem where if GMS Core Mail Processing & Delivery was not enabled, the system disabled access to all functionality related to it.

This has been fixed in builds 3136 and above.

For those on earlier builds, edit the registry using RegEdt32 and change both "ProductsInstalled" and "ProductsDisplayed" to 63. This will enable the tabs on all pages.
