Why are users not added to my Address Book?
GMS Webmail allow address book entries to be created automatically when you send an email message. The default action (i.e. always create an entry, or only create an entry when specifically selected by using "Add to book") can be set in Preferences > Address Book.
Automatically creating an entry can be used with the personal confirmation process to ensure that new correspondents only have to reply to the confirmation message once.
GMS Webmail will create entries for unique email addresses. So if the address already exists in an address book on the system, the address will not be added again.
If you want a second entry, an additional entry can be made by selecting the address book icon from the toolbar.
