Why are robots or executable accounts not properly processing mail on the Linux Platform?

Answer

There was an issue whereby the SMTP service failed to pass messages correctly to robot, or executable, accounts such as the archive robot or Bayesian filter.

A hotfix has been released for this issue which can be downloaded from the Patches page on our web site linked below.

Windows systems are not affected by this problem.
