Why are my users mailboxes reaching the Quota set when they have not reached the quota size?
Incoming mail to a number of my users is failing with a message saying the account has exceeded their allocated quota. The mailboxes are in fact well under quota. Why is this?
An issue was discovered with Build 3461 whereby the variable holding information relating to the size of a users mailbox was being incremented by incoming mail correctly. However the variable was not being decremented correctly when mail was read and deleted from the server.
We have issued a hotfix for this issue which should be applied to any systems suffering from the problem.
