The setting in GMS Anti-Spam to bypass other GMS Anti-Spam checks for authenticated users has been selected however the logs clearly show that other checks are being performed. Why is this?

In build 3037, the flag for allowing the bypass of additional GMS Anti-Spam checks on authenticated users was not properly set.
This has now been fixed. In build 3075 and later, additional GMS Anti-Spam checks are bypassed for authenticated users if this action has been selected in the GUI. This setting can be activated or changed in the GMS Anti-Spam GUI at Identity > Authenticate.
