Why am I unable to send messages via GMS Secure Socket Layer on Solaris?
Whenever I attempt to send files via GMS Secure Socket Layer on the Solaris platform I see a failure in the logs and the attempt fails. The failure always shows that there was a failure to initialise the SSL server with an error of 00000000.
This is due to the fact that Solaris does not have its own random number generating service.
Build 3032 overcomes this by modifying the GMS Secure Socket Layer Initialisation function to use its own random number functions.
- How do I force the use of #GMSSSL# when posting to remote servers?
- Which Type of SSL Certificate should I choose?
- How do I apply a certified SSL certificate over my test certificate?
