Question

Why am I no longer able to add attachments to messages created in GMS Webmail.

Answer

This is due to the GMS Anti-Virus key on your system having expired, but your system still being set to scan attachments for viruses.

To resolve this issue you will need to do the following;

  1. Go to the Support > System Variables page and in the top scrollable area select the variable "VscanActivate", in the "New Value" box enter "0" (zero) and click on the "Change Value" button.
  2. Repeat the above step but on the Support > Domain Variables page

This is resolved in Build 3136 and later.
