Why am I unable to attach files to messages in GMS Webmail?
Why am I no longer able to add attachments to messages created in GMS Webmail.
This is due to the GMS Anti-Virus key on your system having expired, but your system still being set to scan attachments for viruses.
To resolve this issue you will need to do the following;
- Go to the Support > System Variables page and in the top scrollable area select the variable "VscanActivate", in the "New Value" box enter "0" (zero) and click on the "Change Value" button.
- Repeat the above step but on the Support > Domain Variables page
This is resolved in Build 3136 and later.
