Why am I unable to accept tasks in Microsoft Outlook?
Customers have reported to us that they are unable to accept tasks and calendar items sent to them for addition into their own systems.
This problem is created by a security update to the Outlook 2003 client released by Microsoft on the 10th of January 2006. There is no problem with GMS Collaboration.
To resolve the issue it is necessary to remove the security update labelled KB892843.
