Symptoms
When trying to read a message in WebMail the following VBScript runtime error is reported
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01b6'
Object doesn't support this property or method: 'msg.GetFullHTMLBody'

Cause
This can sometimes be caused by an older version of the file wmapi.dll in the WorkgroupMail installation folder.
Resolution
Delete the file wmapi.dll from the WorkgroupMail installation folder and re-install the latest release of WorkgroupMail v7. Click here for more information. Re-install the latest version of WebMail.
