When clicking Logout in Webmail, Internet Explorer appears to hang

Cause

This problem can occur if you have an anti-virus product, such as Norton Anti-Virus, installed on the WorkgroupMail (and IIS) computer with script blocking enabled.

Resolution

Disable the script blocking function in the anti-virus product.
