GMS Communication Server can take a single message and forward that message on to potentially millions of others, while at the same time customising that message for each individual recipient.
GMS Communication Server supports a number of different methods of posting mail out to these recipients, including batching the mail up into suitable parcels, and send a complete parcel of messages to a remote server in a single transaction.
GMS Communication Server can be set to automatically decide the optimum mechanism to use for sending out messages, which it does by analysing the membership of the distribution list and making a decision on the best method of distribution.
