Answer
This list’s membership database is stored in an SQL data source through ODBC. The ODBC data source was not available so the accept operation has failed.
In this case, request Undefined was processing an ACCEPT command sent to the list Undefined.
Check that the ODBC database is available. If this configuration has never worked and you have a support contract, please contact Gordano Support for help on resolving this issue.
