The moderator has allowed the user to leave the list, therefore the membership has been cancelled. GMS Communication Server has sent the leave email message to the member to let them know that their membership has been cancelled.
In this case, request Undefined was processing an ACCEPT command from Undefined sent to the list Undefined.
This is the correct result, no action is required by you.
