Answer
A message was sent to a list for posting to all the list members. The message was not posted because the person sending the message did not supply a correct password. Only those people who supply a valid password are allowed to post messages to the list. To be able to post to this list you must supply the correct password as set by the list administrator.
In this case, request Undefined was going to post a message from Undefined to all the members of the list Undefined.
This is the correct result, no action is required by you.
