This list’s membership database is stored in an SQL data source through ODBC. The ODBC data source was not available so the unsubscribe operation has failed.
In this case, request Undefined asked for Undefined to leave the list Undefined.
Check that the ODBC database is available. If this configuration has never worked and you have a support contract, please contact Gordano Support for help on resolving this issue.
