Answer
A message was sent to GMS Communication Server asking for an email address to be removed. There is already an outstanding request to remove this email address from the list awaiting confirmation from the member. When the member responds, the email address may be removed from the list.
In this case, request Undefined asked for Undefined to be removed from the list Undefined.
This is the correct result, no action is required by you.
