Answer
A message was sent to GMS Communication Server (or GMS List Server) asking for an email address to be removed. The email address exists on the list but the record has been marked as OLD (i.e. was a member once) or BANNED (i.e. the list owner has banned any communication from this email address). This means that no email will be sent to that address. The person sending the request will receive an email telling them that the address was not found on the list.
In this case, request Undefined asked for Undefined to be removed from the list Undefined.
This is the correct result, no action is required by you.
