Answer
A member has been added to a list in GMS Communication Server. A message was sent to the user to let them know that they are now a member of the list. If you do not want the message to be sent to the user, use the "Quite join" command which is "QJOIN" instead of JOIN.
In this case, request Undefined asked for Undefined to join the list Undefined.
This is the correct result, no action is required by you.
