Answer
A user has made a request to change their password but when GMS requested a change of password, the operating system refused with an error.
In this case, GMS was attempting to set the password for Undefined@Undefined and failed to set the password with an operating system error code of Undefined.
This is not a problem with GMS. To find out more about the error returned, please check the Knowledge Base for your operating system.
