Answer
A user has made a request to change their password but GMS was unable to set the password in the proprietary database.
In this case, GMS was attempting to set the password for Undefined@Undefined and failed to set the password with an error code of Undefined.
This error should not occur, if you have a support contract please contact Gordano Support.
