What is alert 8372?
GMS connected to a remote system and started to send a bulk email message (that is, one from GMS List Server or GMS Communication Server). When GMS said it was going to start sending the message itself, the remote server indicated that it will never accept email from the sender (with a 5xx SMTP response). So GMS will stop sending email to the server and mark the address as undeliverable in the list’s database. Once this email has been processed, GMS will continue to send any other email that is waiting for this destination.
In this case, session Undefined was was processing a message to be delivered to the server Undefined (IP address Undefined). The local folder name is Undefined. GMS sent the DATA command and got the response
There is no problem with GMS, so no action is required by you. However, you may wish to investigate the problem with the remote server.
