Answer
GMS connected to a remote system and sent an SMTP greeting to it. The remote system immediately dropped the connection. In order to deliver the email, GMS is moving on to the back-up server for this domain.
In this case, session Undefined was was processing a message to be delivered to the server Undefined (IP address Undefined). The local folder name is Undefined. GMS sent the command
EHLO Undefined
. The connection failed so GMS is going to connect to Undefined (FQDN Undefined with MX priority #p8#).
There is no problem with GMS, so no action is required by you. However, you may wish to contact the owner of the remote server and suggest that they upgrade to a more recent and efficient mail server.
