Answer
GMS connected to a remote system to send a list email message (that is, one from GMS List Server or GMS Communication Server). While the connection was successful, the remote server indicated that it will never accept mail from GMS (with a 5xx SMTP response). So GMS List Server or GMS Communication Server will mark this address as undeliverable in the list’s database.
In this case, session Undefined was was processing a message to be delivered to the server Undefined (IP address Undefined). The local folder name is Undefined. GMS sent the command
HELO Undefined
and got the response
Undefined
There is no problem with GMS, so no action is required by you. However, you may wish to investigate the problem with the remote server.
