What is alert 8326?


A user or system has attempted to log on to the web interface or server having being redirected due to the Load Sharing settings on another server in the same Load share array. They could be one of

  • A user from the GMS Webmail interface;
  • A user logging on to the Administration interface;
  • A script (e.g. a user script, custom MML script, list script).

In this case the connection Undefined was identified as session Undefined and has attempted to log on as Undefined and failed because they should have logged on to a different machine. The user has been informed of the machine that they should log on to.

This is the correct result, no action is required by you.
