What is alert 8323?


A user or system was logged off from the web interface or server because there has been no activity from the user within the timeout period. They could be one of

  • A user from the GMS Webmail interface;
  • A user logging on to the Administration interface;
  • A script (e.g. a user script, custom MML script, list script).

In this case connection Undefined was identified as session Undefined for the user Undefined@Undefined. The user has now been logged off automatically.

This is the correct result, no action is required by you.
