What is alert 8321?


A user or system has attempted to log on to the web interface or server and failed. They could be one of

  • A user from the GMS Webmail interface;
  • A user logging on to the Administration interface;
  • A script (e.g. a user script, custom MML script, list script).

The attempt may have failed because

  • The account does not exist;
  • The password is wrong;
  • etc.

In this case connection Undefined was identified as session Undefined. This session has attempted to log on as Undefined@Undefined and failed.

This is the correct result, no action is required by you.
