Answer
GMS passed a message to a script for additional processing using MML. The script requested that a warning message be sent to the remote server (or client) rather than allow the message through GMS. GMS will fail the message with a 4xx error code so that the remote server attempts to send the message later. Note: GMS Anti-Spam and GMS Webmail use scripts to manage email messages and check for spam, these scripts may be rejecting the message correctly.
Session Undefined processed the script Undefined (full path name is Undefined) and got a temporary failure action of Undefined.
This is the correct result, no action is required by you unless you wanted the message to be delivered.
