There was no account with this name on GMS so the email message must have some default action applied. When GMS checked what the default action should be, it discovered that the option was un-recognised.
In this case, session Undefined was processing email from Undefined apparently from Undefined to Undefined. GMS found the unrecognised option Undefined.
This error suggests that there is a problem with the user database. If you have a support contract please contant Gordano Support or set the Unknown User Action to a valid value using the GUI.
