What is alert 8254?


There was no account with this name on GMS so the email message has been discarded (as requested by the administrator).

In this case, session Undefined was processing email from Undefined apparently from Undefined to Undefined. GMS has discarded the email message.

This is the correct result, no action is requried by you. However, if this is not the correct action, you should check the option you have set for the Unknown User Action in GMS, this may also indicate a problem with the user database. If you have a support contract contact Gordano Support.
