Answer
A message has arrived at an account which has a template. The template will be processed and a message sent back to the sender of the message.
In this particular case session Undefined was receiving an email from IP address Undefined. The email was apparently from Undefined to Undefined. GMS has run the template and sent the resultant message to Undefined.
This is the correct result, no action is required by you.
