Answer
A message has arrived at a forward account in GMS for a local account. Unfortunately the destination account has been disabled so the message was not forwarded to them.
In this particular case session Undefined was receiving an email from IP address Undefined. The email was apparently from Undefined to Undefined.
This is the correct result, no action is required by you.
