Answer
A message has been sent to an auto responder in GMS. The auto responder has been configured to return a MIME encoded binary file (for example, it could be a ZIP file or executable).
In this particular case session Undefined was receiving an email from IP address Undefined. The email was apparently from Undefined to Undefined. GMS will MIME encode the autoresponder and send the file Undefined to Undefined.
This is the correct action so no action is required by you.
