Answer
While writing a message to an account GMS has detected that the account is nearing capacity. Each account with a quota (capacity) set will receive a warning message when that account has used 90% of its alloted quota.
In this case a message was being processed by session Undefined which is beinf delivered to account Undefined which is nearing capacity, a warning message has been generated and sent to the account.
No action is required by you.
